Description

Spin

Is a form of high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary exercise bicycle in a classroom setting. An intense workout.

Spin & Abs 45 Minute Spin session followed up by a 15 minute core focused workout.

BodyPump

Bodypump will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight & ultimately sculpt your body shape.

Circuits

A fun and dynamic work out to great music, a variety of fitness components worked on over up to 20 different stations. 

Boot camp CicuitsAs above BUT TOUGHER!!!!! (depending on the instructor!)
Bodyblast

A total body workout using your own body weight and barbells to sculpt your body. 

Step & Tone

A fun aerobic workout using  a step and free weights to tone all areas of the body 

Legs,bums &Tums   

A great resistance workout to tone up and tighten those problem areas. 

Spin / FitballA fun filled cardio/strength workout using swiss balls to improve core stability and overall body tone, combined with a shortened spin class.

Terribly Tight

This class will have a direct benefit to general health and sports performance, by improving flexibility & bringing balance to body and mind

 Spin / BoxerciseA boxing workout that will get your heart rate up while you let off some steam. Combined with a shortened spin class.
Pilates

Relies on strengthening core postural muscles and body alignment, heightening awareness by bringing together body and mind.
